78 sa 56k miles

what is a 1978 25 yr anniv. with 56 k miles everything orignal but new paint in 2003 and i think the raido. worth car in ex cod.

Try eBay "completed listings". See what they actually sell for. Not much.

is the 56k documented???? if the seller can't provide documentation, i would assume that it's more like 156k. if it is documented, then you should get a certified appraisal if you are really interested. they will tell you exactly what is right and what might be wrong with it. in addition, the appraisal will serve you well when you go to insure the car should you buy it.

Hi tsm,
When you say "everything original", do you mean things like the tires, and exhaust system too?

I bought my SA in April. I bought it from 2nd owner who owned it for 13 years in which he put 2400 miles on it. It has 47,700 documented miles right now. The original owner did a body off restoration before he sold it. He had the car painted for $6000 and it still looks like new. It has not been altered except the converter has been done away and 2 in duals installed. I paid 10 for mine and I wouldn't sell it for 15. Just love the car...oh yeah.. the clock even works!
