Default car cover question?

I have a 71 LT1 that sadly will soon be stored for the winter
Garage is non-heated, and I live in Canada so it will be cold
Any suggestions on what cover, and where to order it from?
Not looking to speand a ton of loot on the cover, just something to protect my baby
Your help As Always is Amazing!!

All you may want is an indoor dust cover. Check with Willcox; they were running a sale.

Even though it's being stored in a garage I would still get a water/weather proof cover.

I was given a indoor cover for my C4 a while back from a forum member (not sure of the brand)
It's definitely heavy duty but collects dust like nothing else. Basically it feels like a quilt. Then when you take if off your car it'll have covered your vehicle in a layer or dust...

I stuck it on my 69 last winter and it does the job. BUT i'm afraid if there's any water spilled or leaking onto the car a cover like this will soak it up and let it stay damp for days.

On the C4 stored in my much missed parents old bus garage.

It's meant for a C4 but worked on a C3...better than nothing I guess.

I've been storing cars in unheated garages for 30+ years and the "Car Jacket or Car Bag" Is the best thing is have found. The car comes out in the spring just like the day you put it away. If you store it in an unheated garage without one, you ARE going to get RUST. When the temperature changes moisture forms on the metal surfaces and sits there. Good luck

For indoor use I got a cotton/flannel cover form Corvette America.

All depends on what 'a ton of loot' means to you. Here's a suggestion:

Less than $500.

I can vouch for the Car Jacket. The car comes out of the bag in the spring just as clean and shiney as the day it went it. I used a cotton cover on the Vette along with the Jacket.

I did discover one thing. Despite 15+ years of successful use, one year a couple of mice chewed through the plastic Jacket and made their way into the interior of my Vette. So it is helpful to spread some Bounce dryer sheets inside the Car Jacket and also inside the car interior to keep the little b#stards away.
