Truly a GREAT JOB! The color, the black insert on the hood, beautiful through and through. The more posts I see like this the more confidence is gives me to tackle painting my '81. At the very least stripping it and prepping for a professional to paint it.
Very nice... Great job. I am sure it even looks better in person.
Talk about money savings....cha ching....
Bring it to the next car show...
Rob, i'm going to try and make the next cnc.
hardway, if you lived closer i would give you a hand with yours.
do you need to strip the paint off and start from scratch or just sand and shoot? do you know how many layers of paint are on it.

Thank you for the offer GS977. My '81 from what I know the car has 1 layer sitting on top of the original paint. My nose has some damage and I am still considering how to handle it. I have a thread going in the Paint and Body section below. Any tips or suggestions you can give me there is greatly appreciated. Don't want to take away from the great thread you have going.
