You will probably like the wrap after the monsoon.

That's not going to stop a flood. Move it if you can, if you can't, get some tall jackstands (and pray it's not moving water)./:\

Actually it does work, many here have done it and it is a really heavy plastic that you drive on the plastic and secure it tightly at the top. I expect the floods to reach under a meter in my area so the water will come up to maybe the door sills.

I hope you dont have to find out.
BUT if it happens, then I hope the plastic works.

If you live in a wet or humid area, and you don't put a bucket of dessicant like Damp-Rid, you may find a serious mold/mildew problem when you go to unwrap it

Looks good.

Man, I would invest in a 4-post lift if flooding was a common thing where I stored my car.

You might want to get some boat dock lines and fenders and tie that thing off so it doesn't float away!

Hay Roy I don't plan to keep it in the wrap for very long, hopefully by Wednesday next week the danger will pass.

I just read the news and things look pretty grim over there. That wrap seems to be a very nice short-term solution. Flooding to one metre is well up over the car door (>36 inches). I wish you well in that terribly difficult weather.

Are you going to tie it off to that Mercedes houseboat sitting to the side?
