Can you identify and date these numbers?
carb is Holley 12R3632B
Heads GM6T HP3964291
Block CE (counter exchange?) 17383off block #hi performance pass K23
Is the motor a corvette or passenger car motor?

CE is Chevrolet Engine. 17383 can only be decoded as far as saying that it was the 7,383rd CE built in 1971.
No way of knowing if it was warranty replacement engine or an over the counter crate engine without paperwork, or what it was installed in.
