Default Any other C3 forums this good?

Curious to see whats out there that has this much action? Lots of copy cat forums but nothing with this much message traffic.
I know of Vette Mods and lots of merbers from here post there also but relations with Twin Turbo where kind'a marginal when he posted here. But too many posts here by non-corvette owners only looking for easy customers.

What else do u folks use?

The only one that I think is pretty close is DigitalCorvettes. They don't have the same volume of posts as there is here - but I'm pretty sure that the way they (the posters, not the owners) want it.

I went to a show wearing my Corvette Forum shirt and was parked next to a guy who saw it and said it was crap because he was banned from CF and told me to visit another forum, which shall remain nameless. I did and they even gave me a free T shirt from there, so I wore it and low and behold at another Vette show I see the same guy, only this time he is banned from that Forum. Sometimes its not the forum but the person. I like the CF it is very informative and noone gets thier feelings hurt too often. Great bunch of folks!

No other dedicated C3 Forums like this. This is an excellent Forum for all generations.

NCRS Technical Discussion Board is excellent if you have a technical/originality question.

Nothing else out there has anywhere near the amount of activity as here but in the short time that I've been a member as "moosie982" pointed out some very knowledgeable people have moved on for one reason or another. While it doesn't hurt to visit some of the other Corvette Forums here is where you want to spend your time.

being from downunder, there is not a lot of walk in places/shops to go to for info.
with the internets easy search methods, you can find a lot of things
the best thing i have found is the friendly/knowledgeable people on here
sure i have looked at a few others, but this place is the top of my list and read every day
also the great thing is the time difference... how?
i post a question before i go to bed usually 10 - 12pm,
and when i wake up around 6-30am, i have an answer, or 2,
without a site like this, my vette dream would not exist.

thanks everybody

Couldn't have done my 74 without this forum and all the experienced enthusiasts who make it great. Although I must say, it can be a bit intimidating at first! It was a shock to the system after the Pre-War Buick forum!!!

It's more civil here than anywhere else I have been, and people here tend to be more open and caring. This is the BEST Corvette forum on the 'Net.

I've looked around too, but this is what I call home. No way my car would be close to what it is today without help from this forum. I just had a fellow forum member send me a part that you just can't find any where . . . he sent it to me at his own expense . . . where else are you going to find that kind of sharing???? I do miss some of the experts that have left for various reasons, but I know where to find them, plus there is still a ton of expert advice here to help.

Again I am the odd man out...While I do like this forum a lot and I read the C2 C3 C4 and C5 forums here almost every day...I find the C3Registry (C3CR) to be a lot more useful on what I am interested concerning the C3 Corvettes ...so much so that I wrote a check to them to be a lifetime member years ago and still feel it was more then worth it...

I agree that there are many great people there, I also paid to become a member. They don't have the volume of posts, but they do have VERY knowledgeable people there.

But I think you ment - C3VR (www.c3vr.com), not C3CR - correct?
