Default New member need help with ground wire

Just bought a 68 vette. Redoing the interior and did not mark the wires when I disconnected the center small gauge console. Most everything goes back no problem, but don't know where the ground wires go. Looks like there is one that comes off of one of the light bulb sockets and a black wire that comes from a capacitor. If anyone has any pics or can let me know it would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you do not get a reply here post your question in the C3-tech section and you will probably get a answer or do a search and you may find a answer to your question answered on some prior post. Welcome to the Forum.

Hi 1,
I'm sorry I can't give you an answer... but... I'll put a plug in for buying the 68 AIM (ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MANUAL). It'll have the answers to these kinds questions and prove to be well worth it's cost.
Good Luck with your 68!
Regards,
Alan

Purchase the AIM.

The center cluster does not have a separate ground. RFI capacitor connects to the ammeter.
