Does anyone know the difference in the right side lower dash pads? There is a different parts number for many of the years but I cant see a difference.
I think there are differences in the curvature, and and shape/length in the bottom lower corner where the dash pad mates up with the shifter console and the gauge cluster as well.

Differences in the stitching too???
I believe 68, 69, 70 are unique. 71-76 are the same.
68 are one year only; 69-77 are essentially the same with the possible exception of fake stitching along the top. If the console has the fake stitching, the dash pads will have it.
Here's a few pics showing the differences.
Besides no stitching vs. stitching, also where the pad & shifter console align (shape) by the radio are different.
Hope this helps.

Just so you know 77s have a unique right and left dash. both sides are different because they meet up with a plastic center bezel instead of a pot metal one. So if you are replacing dash pieces in your 77, you can only buy 77 pieces
