They are probably an over the counter set.. Fits all Big blocks with radio. 1965-1974.. however the clips were different on the 65 version of the wire...The date code is third quarter 75. gotta pic?

Wow, there is a fair chance that I had a hand in making those very wires you now possess. I worked at Packard Electric where those wires were produced, and through 1975, I worked in the continuous vulcanizing (CV) area where ignition wire was made. The inner core was made up of a number of strands of Kevlar fiber that were drawn through a graphite bath a few times to provide the actual conductor. The core was then sent to the CV area to have a couple coats of insulation applied. When the final coat was added, the cable was drawn through a steam filled tube for curing. As the finished ignition wire was approaching the equipment to wind it onto large reels, it would pass through a small machine that transferred the product name and date code onto the cable.
I think the 3Q stands for third quarter and the 75 speaks for itself.
Packard wires where set out twice a year in dating. First quarter and third, don't know why.
