HOT STUFF Exhaust Manifold Dressing: Anybody ever use this stuff? Put in on a new set of manifolds and all I can say is WTF was drying as I was applying it and clumping up can this be painted over? if so it's time to break out the black headder paint. I followed directions have no clue what happned.....

I have used it on several occasions and had great results. If, I had to complain about it at all (and I'm not)...is that I believe the Eastwood product has a nicer finish and it lasts longer. I still have some Hot Stuff on the shelf and would not hesitate to use it again.

I've applied it to all of my cars and had no problems. It has lasted quite a while also. The color isn't too bad. Sounds like you got an old batch that wasn't stored properly and dried up a bit.
