There are deals out there, you just have to look. you'll find one you like for that price range.
Just remember, any car that is that old, in that range is going to have little issues you will have to deal with. It's just part of being a c-3 owner. Good luck.
Are you talking about purchase price or the amount after the purchase price to "get it right."
I know ill be spending some$ on anything I get after purchase.but would like to get something decent to start with..probably will always try to make it nicer..always wanted one. But have to start somewhere..6000 range to purchase
im looking to spend $6000 on a corvette. is it possible to find a nice on for the money or am i just wishing? i really dont want any years from 83 to90.i would really like to become an owner but dont think its possible for the money..no fixer uppers
A nice what? '53? No. Chrome bumper? No. '78 or '92? Maybe.
Eliminating 84-90 out of the 1953-2012 range isnt very helpful.
It's possible to get a "decent" entry level rubber bumper car. Is that what you want?
A "nice one for the money" isn't necessarily a nice car. Offer some more parameters.
I believe it is possible to find something in that range to get started, BUT finding that one Corvette will take a lot of searching and when you do you'll have to act fast as someone will be right behind you looking for their first possible Corvette as well.
Be patient and stay constantly active with your search everyday, one will present itself when you least expect it. Good luck and all the best in your search for a car.
