Grease locations

As part of my "Scheduled Winter Maintenance," I wanted to grease all of the important fittings on my vette. As I haven't ever done this, I was hoping you all may have some suggestions on tough to locate fittings, or uncommon locations.

Also, does someone have a good thread detailing the process to grease the U-Joints (or am I being a newb and this isself explanatory?)?

Cruise-In II Veteran

Check your u-joints. Stock did not have grease fittings. Most of the replacements do. Six of those.

Four ball joints; idler arm.

Check the steering box.

do you have a service manual. if not get one. the first couple of pages has all the maintenance info on them

***** joints(4), tie rods(4), idler arm, power steering valve, clutch cross shaft, drive shaft(if not OE), half shafts(if not OE).

and under my fingernails.use extreme caution when greasing the power steering control valve.or don't do it at all.read up on it.it needs just the right amount of grease.(?)
