2) Disassemble
3) Align doors, and all gaps to an even gap and smooth line
4) Epoxy prime 2 coats ppg dp90
5) Scuff sand epoxy
6) 2k prime 2 coats
7) Block sand
8) Fill low spots/bodywork
9) 2k prime 2 coats
10) Block sand
11) Fill low spots
12) 2k prime 2 coats
13) Blocksand
14) Fill low spots
15) 2k prime 2 coats
16) Blocksand
17) 2k prime 2 coats
18) Blocksand
19) Wet sand with 220
20) Wetsand with 320
21) Wetsand with 400
22) Seal entire car
23) Basecoat 4 coats black including jams and engine bay
24) Clearcoat 3 coats
25) Sand clear
26) Clearcoat 3 coats
27) Colorsand and polish from 1,500 grit to 2000 grit then 3000 grit
28) Compound car
29) Polish car
30) Glaze car

Going nice...what was the original color? oh sorry...I see in another post orange. I always liked the orange corvettes too. If have any thoughts about putting the correct tail on the car , now is the time to do it. I have a tru flex rear 74 reissue bumper , about 8 years now I think.... seems to hold up good.
