Default Tri Power Question

I have a 1967 rectangular port tri power set up that I wanna put on a 69 vette. Is the 67 tri power manifold a higher rise design than the 68-69 manifold? Most importantly if it is higher will it fit under a 69 BB hood?

Do the Google Thing with the part number of the 67 manifold. It could be the same as the 68-69 manifold.

The 67 manifold will not fit under a 69 hood. Too tall.

Figured it would be easier to ask and get an answer from some one who knows these cars rather than trying to measure from the block deck or bottom of existing manifold to under side of closed hood. Dont you think? So do you know if they are the same hight or if the 67 is taller???

The 67 is approximately 1-1/2" taller than the 68-69 tri power intakes. Will fit under an L-88 style hood.

I would like to find a 67 tri power rectangular intake and sell the 68 intake. Have an L-88 hood on the car so clearance is not an issue.

I just want a bare manifold as my carbs are all fresh, new fuel lines and linkage and re-chromed air cleaner lid. Thanks for the offer. I would think a complete 67 setup would sell easily.

My carbs are the same as 68 carbs so they should bolt right up?

They will bolt to a 68/69 manifold. The only difference is the 67 primary carb has the lever operated bowl vent and the 68/69 does not.
