Default Electrical Help!!!

Hello,

Had a question in regards to testing/finding the gremlin that resides somewhere in my 74s lighting harness...

If everytime I put a fuse in, the fuse blows - how can I trace the wires using a dummy light?
Obviously... I can't... so my question thus is... any suggestions on how to find the ground issue or short?

THANKS!!!

Took her out on her first spin of the season today! Ah, Vette season finally!

Which fuse is blowing? Just one circuit causing you problems?

Thanks guys!

It is the 20a fuse which says "tail" below it.
Blows when I pull the headlamp switch and then I have no running lights in the rear.

The headlights work, and the stoplights work.

Then on another occasion, before I stored for the winter, I was on my way home from the gym and all the instrument lights went out in the cabin...

I have not pulled the switch since before the cold, but I assume it is still going to blow... need to figure it out as it is finally warming up around here!

Thanks again!
