I enjoyed. I imagined that I was driving the car on that nice country road. Does driving a C3 Corvette get people's attention? Do they even know what the car is that you're driving? Also, I'd think that most Europeans had never heard the exhaust of a big block (7 or 8 liter) engine. (I know that MB did sell in the 1980's a sedan with a 7 liter engine, but it was well muffled.)
