Where is the temp sensor on a LS82 1978 SAE 350? Thank you in advance.

The stock gauge temperature sender is in the driver's side cylinder head below and between #1 and #3. Green wire with a black plug on a single terminal on the sender.

Thank You, I will look this weekend, doing a Composite Spring, opening the rear pumpkin for a look and new fluids.
Car is done mechanically after this minus the damn drivers door handle and heat/AC controls.
I had the door panel off twice to no avail.
