Mike is right. You may want to get the AIM and Service manual on CD. They have the manuals on pdf and they are searchable by keyword: wiper, console, etc.
A real timesaver. Some of the guys here keep an old laptop in the garage for just this reason.

Here you go. Just paying it forward. Someone else helped me out with this one. Couldn't get the actuator door to open until I tracked the problem down with this diagram from Wilcox. Good luck
