I went with the tru-flex bumper cover I purchased from Wilcox. Many threads about this subject, as to personal preferences (original urethane, tru-flex, or fiberglass). The latter two will never warp/wave as they age.

Front bumper cover. 73 and 74 are unique; no bumperettes.

got mine from Corvette America it was a nice fit on my '75. I went with urethane. Pain to put on but look good. i tried fiberglass but the one i got was way off if the fitting and my body skills were not that good.

i got my rear trueflex from ecklers brand new with the $378 receipt including shipping for a hundred bucks! from a guy on craigslist he had his car stripped for paint and no interior in it except steering column. that didnt stop three kids from stealing and crashing it. the rear bumper he just wanted to see put on another loved car. SCORE for me
I got my front bumper a straight fiberglass from J&D corvette on sale for the mid 200s cant remember exact i have the receipt around here somewhere but i ordered they made it picked it up later that week. point is go true flex if you can afford it go fiberglass if not and stay away from the rubber warping crap hole stock bumper
vendors search around and find who has it onsale and buy it from them i have good luck with all my vendors so far and have bought from just about everybody for one part or another

Melting Slicks
Diablo, I tried going the TruFlex route for my 73 to save a few bucks, but found it would need a lot of work to get the correct fitment. I instead returned it and bought the urethane cover for $700+ and with paint the repair came to $1.2K. You are fortunate it was a bumper cover and not a hood - that would've been even more expensive.
