I don't always use the AC but i do turn it on time from time to make sure it still works well and have never had problems until today. i ran the AC the last two days and it worked beautiful like it should but today morning when i turned it on the compressor comes on but no air comes out under any option. under AC my options are MAX and NORMAL. At a stand still the car does not blow anything at all but when it is running it will blow COLD air under the Normal option but when switched to Max it stops completely and no air flows thru at all. So running it works under normal but not on max. And when not running neither work. I was on the highway when the cold air blew and when on normal streets it did not really blow as much. I have never had any problems with it before. Could it be the fry-on? Compressor? Blower? I am new to this forum and i appreciate any suggestions.

Is the blower running? Should be obvious. When in Normal position you're bringing in fresh outside air...at highway speeds it'll be pushed in even with a dead motor.
MAX recirculates the cabin air. With no blower operation you won't feel any air flow at any speed.
Also try the blower on lower speeds. If only high speed is dead, it's probably the blower relay which the inbred Bubbas at GM placed above the exhaust manifold.

I checked fuses and relays and it was a lose relay. I did not know max recircled air thanks for that info. And the thing was it did turn on from time to time so the blower would work at times on its own. I also checked the frost and it was good. The relay closest to the blower that was hidden next to it was very loose causing the problem. Glad I don't have to change blower it seems to be in a very uncomfortable position. Thanks for the advice guys.
