Default Brake light reset
Can anyone tell me how to reset the brake light on my 76 if stopmping on the pedal doesn't work?

Reset? Do you mean get them to turn off? There is a switch located at the brake peddle might be stuck.

Sorry i mean the brake warning light on the dash, triggered by the eaqualizer block.

The pressure differential switch is supposed to center itself if you tromp the brake pedal. If that does not work, the switch is stuck or you still have a brake system problem.

It came on after a hard stop, brakes feel and seem to work fine. And I'm pressing pretty hard.

Go to a safe area (empty parking lot) and try another hard stop. It might reset.
