Sam's Club used to carry the BFG Radial T/A's. Their website shows them in the list; but they show "out of stock". Their price was around $130 per tire.
As many of you know, our tire selections are getting smaller and smaller. If you want to run a 60 series it's come down to just a few brands - Cooper, BFG and Firestone (I don't think Goodyear is making anything now?). I had forgotten to look at what Mickey Thompson might be offering. I've used their belted tires on my street/strip cars but have never tried their radials. Does anyone have any feedback on these? We're looking for cruising tires on our '77.
I'm pushing this back up: I just ordered Micky Thompson Sportsman (255/60/15 and 235/60/15 simply because they were the only ones I found which were in stock from a supplier (I live in Switzerland and have to import them). Anybody else using them? What's your take on them? So far I had General Grabber and Cooper Cobra and liked neither because of dreadful performance when streets are wet.
