Rear Window gasket FAIL!
Hey Guys,
I gave the ol' 76 its first wash of the season to get the garage dust cleaned off. As I was rinsing her off in noticed all the water running down the back glass was going straight down into the back of the car!
Sure enough, the rear carpets were soaked. I have a fan blowing on it now, but I'm sure tomorrow the lids on the rear compartments will be swollen to twice there normal thickness.
Not sure what happened to the gasket, I replaced it myself 2 years ago, but it had pulled away from the glass. You may want to give yours a once over.
