I re-wired the dash and now the car won't start.
On my 72. I started with the fuse box at the firewall and worked my way around on section at a time. Remove the old harness and install the new. I went over everything again once or twice before I buttoned everything back up, even turned on the lights to verify everything was working. So I got her all back together and turn the key and nothing at all. The starter will spin when I put a screwdriver across the terminals and the interior lights, running lights, and head lights all light up nice and bright. Nothing at all when I turn the key though. What did I miss?

I didn't move anything on the starter, just the dash. Why would this have changed? I did notice though that when I put a screwdriver across the starter terminals that it spins but does not engage the flywheel, even with an assistant holding the clutch in and key forward, I could NOT get that sucker to start. I'll try the starter suggestion though. Thanks!

So it was the clutch start switch. When I re-attached the terminal one of the posts slid outside the connector. I re-attached it and she fired right up and the wiper door promptly opened. Now where did I put my vacuum diagram? It's always something!
