First off thanks to everbody for the support and help after my f up on the solvang cruse. I called hargerty when I got back saturday, and this morning they called back they will have an adjuster out within 48 hours.
also the flatbed cost $510 over my 100 mile coverage. they said send in the bill and they will send a check right away. So for now here are some pictures and the frame is damaged.
I wish there was something more I/ we could have done for you. We all felt so bad for you, but like we said, at least there were no serious injuries. Good luck with Haggerty and the car. Hope to see you again next year with the 73!
Sorry to hear of your misfortune.....nice to see the insurance company ponying up right from the get-go. Hopefully this gets resolved favourably for you.....all the best.
Sorry to hear about your accident. We all make mistakes at times but cars are replaceable - people are not. Very glad to hear you are OK and are working with your insurance company. I hope it all works out as well as possible for you.
Darrow, sorry to read about your accident and even worse to see the pictures. As others have said be thankful that no one was seriously hurt and well the car can always be repaired or in the worst case be replaced.
Darrow.... so so sorry brother.... hope you put her back together! You can build her better... stronger.... faster.... (need some music here)... the world first bionic corvette! ....
hope your wife is doing better.... again, very sorry...
Chris saw the whole thing... said it was crazy.... fiberglass is not that tough i guess...
You seem to be handling this very well.....you have lots of support...glad everyone walked away. Note to self....do NOT try and go 4 wheeling in up the mountain your 73 corvette.
