One man's "excellent condition" is another man's "average". A Pace Car priced in the $20's would have to be pristine. There are so many of those cars around...and still in good condition visually...$10-13K would be reasonable with today's economy for vintage cars. If all the mechanical aspects of the car were in equally good condition, maybe $15K or so.
There was a Pace car with 68k miles for sale here locally that they couldn't give away at a price of $6000. Course it was missing a few unnecessary items like the keys and Title and the owner was moving out of country in a couple days....

A lot depends on options too....L82/4 spd cars take top dollar..... But I dont think anything over high 20s. Certainly not the 30s some folks are asking for.
L48 /Autos with cloth interior: probably in the mid teens.
Im looking for a PC with a 4 spd and leather to molest.....
Over 6,200 "Limited" Edition Pace cars sold. So really not limited. Many people kept them in the garage without adding miles guessing these Pace cars would be valuable some day. They guessed wrong. I see very little more value than any other low mileage 78 in similar condition.
