That was mechanical fuel injection. I said "fuel injection AND electronic controls," Sunshine.

As far as the rest is concerned, I'll take it straight from the chief engineer of the Corvette division who succeeded Duntov in 1975. They were interested in EFI in the mid-70s, but there was a whole mess with Cadillac and Bosch going on that put a damper on things. If y'all think you know better than Mr. McLellan...well...
