YYYYYYYAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!! So glad you finally found a car!!!!!!
I love the look of these really late cars. So long and drawn out in the nose and tail! Really pretty!

But seriously folks...
The '82 is as refined as they get.
Your wife should try driving my '68 with a 4 speed and power nothing.
A couple hours in that and the '82 will feel like a Caddie.

Nice 82. One of 711 silver cars. I've owned two 82's. My first Vette was a Collector Edition.

Took the pics in the church parking lot, I see. Did you have your car blessed while you were there?
It's a good looking ride. Enjoy!

Very nice. When it comes to C3s, to me it's a '69 or '82. Are you going to get a set of '82 center caps or stick with those?

Where are you going to get them from and what kind of floor mats are you going to go with?

Great looking Vette.
The comment from your wife reminded me of a true story. No offense to your wife
Someone on the forum, several years back, had just purchased a C3 and absolutely loved the car (of course). His wife however complained constantly when they were out driving because how noisy the ride was, especially when the T- tops were off.
This poor guy posted on the forums asking how he could make his Vette quieter and driving it more enjoyable.
The obvious answer was..... Leave your wife at home....
Love the '82s
