Took quite a few steps to get it down onto the ground, this side then the front then that side, back and forth.
Going up seemed a lot easier, of course I had a couple of brothers here to watch the different stands as it was being raised.
Rear is sitting on a set of greased tiles, going to rough-set the camber to 0 , maybe a tiny bit positive for now, all of the new cushions to settle in. No idea where the toe is, just shimmed the T/A centered for now, get it in a for a 4-wheel alignment after it moves around a little
Need to get and archeologist in to sift through the layers of dust on top to see how long it was uncovered
Not much of a milestone but feels great non the less

It always feels good when a plan comes together, no matter how minor you may think it to be...... I like the idea of the greased tiles to set the rear camber.....neat....... And your yellow looks great.....
Tell her, welcome back to earth, by the way you are talking about dust, I assume it has been up there for awhile.
Only been about 9 months but I had an accident with a high-speed engraving spindle I was working on while the car cover was off and it covered everything in the shop in a fine layer of carbon/graphite powder so I couldn't put the cover back on and I've been afraid to touch anything yellow until I can rinse it off so it's been ***** footing around constantly since then.
Just glad it happened after all the painting was completed underneath.

Looking good Brett... Your spreadsheet checklist looks like a good idea... Before I take mine out on the road, I'm going to need to double check all my torque settings... Love seeing the tiles under your rear wheels and then move over to the Camber thread... Nice work...
Hi Mooser,
I've become so crazy that I'm beginning to like them better on jack stands than sitting on the ground.
I know..... it's really a sickness.
Well Done! on YOUR progress!
Regards,
Alan

Thanks Alan
I think mine got more miles going vertically than horizontally

Thanks Rogman
Old habits die hard and I like to KNOW I've torqued everything rather than thinking I did (getting old sucks, damn those aluminum pots and pans)
