Default 1975 Corvette

Hey guys, My dad recently bought a new vette and i'm doing some air condition work for him while i am in school. I retrofitted the system from the R12 system to the R134 system, and now i am working on the blower. I got it to work, but it doesnt seem to have much blowing power. Is this normal? or is the fan bad, or maybe the ducts plugged? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chuck

usually the material around the duct's have been long gone and the air is actually blowing into the back of the dash area. You might want to put some weatherstrip around them and them wrap them in duct tape. You might also run another ground wire to the blower motor under the hood using larger wire. A lot of C3 owners are changing the blower cage on the motor to a C4 style which will also blow more air because of the design. To do this, you will have to make a 3/4 " spacer because the blower cage is bigger and will rub. You can do a search on the forum about these possible fixes. Good luck.
