Hey lad's I'm rebuilding our small block 350 and am looking for a stock look..... however I'm fitting roller rockers and I wanted to reuse my standard valve covers.
Clearance is going to be an issue and I'm looking to gain at least 3/8" height on to be able to use these covers. Do you know of where I can purchase off the shelf spacers?

I don't know what the aluminum would cost you there, but if you can't find the spacers locally, make them yourself. The shipping might kill you from here.
A couple pieces of aluminum and trace the covers on them and cut them out. Or have a Machineshop do it, but the cost goes up then.
Check you salvage yards and see if they might have the aluminum available. I've been using them on BBCs a long time, but they are available here for not much money.
They may not need to be a thick as you're thinking, as you'll gasket both sides.
For an "off the shelf" spacer, I'd check with Jegs or Summit Racing. I'm pretty sure that I've seen them in their catalogs. If you need any other parts, or have friends that do, place one big order, and spread the shipping costs.
OR, if you can easily access the valve cover gaskets that are like an "o-ring" captured in a metal surround, stack two of them per cylinder head. That would give you added height. I've seen them, I just can't remember who manufactures them....

These are the Stef's valve cover spacers. I used them to gain clearance for my roller rockers and also so I could install a PCV system without drilling holes in my '64 valve covers:
You can see the tall adjusters and the rockers that are fitting under the covers with the spacers:
