Starter or Alternator Problem ???
Went out to start my girl up this morning for a leisurely drive into work and ...nada! The battery appears to be good as I have lights on the dash and the buzzer is going off. It wants to scream but just can't turn over. 
Sounds like she has a cough. 
Any thoughts? Any help at troubleshooting this is great appreciated. Have a great Friday!

I did some research and "think" that I know how to trip the hood release. It looks like the PO installed some type of fencing around the lower opening beneath the windshield wipers to keep leaves from getting into the engine compartment. Since I park in a garage that will not be an issue for me...should I just poke through the screening? If I'm going to open my hood, I might not have a choice. I refuse to get it towed.
