Default Glue

Preparing to repaint the doors while I have them off the car and noticed a separation along the bottom edge. Note the stainless ruler.

What's the remedy here? 2-part epoxy? Silicone? Construction glue? I'm all ears.

Get the correct BONDING ADHESIVE that they used to assemble the panels.

Slide some sandpaper around in there to clean it up - then bond and clamp overnight.

Thanks. 3M 8115 panel adhesive is what I need but don't have the pricy 3M applicator gun. Online, found Evercoat 815 (2-part), which uses a standard caulking gun, but can't find it locally.

Separation is only about 24" long. Was hoping to find a solution >$100.

Can't remember the number, but, they have a two part epoxy that just comes in two tubes and you mix and use as you go, no gun required.
