I am in the process of restoring my 73 and I can't seem to find the exact placement of frame, gas tank, and drive shaft stencil. I also need to find the color ink those stencils used for that year. From what I researched I believe the frame and gas tank were white and the drive shaft was yellow.

Lyle chamberlain would know for sure...look him up on the forum here. I've researched late C3s and by then the frame stencil color was yellow. I have a few pics of early and they were white.
But you must also consider the letter size because it varied over the years from 1/2 inch to 1 inch.

First of you did a beautiful job on your 72 and the stencil locations helped, but what do the markings near the body mounts mean? Number of shims? And what do the yellow and blue markings on the rear mean? Sorry for all the questions but I can't buy a chassis detail kit for a 73 so I am trying to make mine as complete as possible. Any more pictures would be great.

You could get away with a 72 stencil kit...not much changed but you would need the trim tag date code and a frame number to get a stencil made that is consistent with a 73 built car. I'm in process of doing that for my 78. I don't have my 73 NCRS guide but I think it might list the frame part number for automatic and manual transmission. Start there. Its the three-digit suffix that is tough to replicate.
