What is with some of the members in this Forum? About 10 people responded to my post to sell my hardtop. Three promised to show up. None did. None called to cancel.
My almost perfect original hardtop (nice black vinyl, almost perfect chrome, needs headlinder) is for sale again.
Selling for a giveaway $350. Worth much more. If you contacted me previously, don't bother. I would not sell to you at any price.
I just sold the same vinyl top in the SAME condition for $975 and a 1973 am/fm mono radio, buyer told me it was for a 71 o well. For $350 I'd buy it too if I lived closer.
Don't let a couple of members who don't follow through sour your experience on the forum. Great price on your top...got a bunch of people snoozing here.

I hear ya. There is nothing that makes me more upset than people who think it is ok to waste my time. I don't care if you are a friend or not, its never ok to waste someone else's time.
Looks like Phil from Idaho is driving down to pick it up. Phil seems like a nice guy and is genuinely interested. He said he will use it on his Corvette race car.
Low price because I just wanted someone in the Forum to use it. Otherwise, I probably would have stored it for the next 25 years. That would be a waste. Not worried about the impact on the value of my car. Never plan to sell it anyway.
Thats great to hear. Phil was talking about covering the 1644 miles it would have taken to get mine, and I thought there would be someone (like in Cali!) closer!
