Well, the wife and I were out sanding on the Corvette today, and she let it slip that this is OUR car.... as long as it is being restored. When it is finished, it becomes HER car. How do I break the bad news to her, or am I the one in for a surprise?
It's like I just told my wife as she was parking the c3 in the garage, I love good looking women in corvettes. I have the feeling you are working on her car.
Yours or hers...it does not matter one bit....Nothing is hotter or sexier than a gorgeous woman and a bad azz Corvette....Just stand back....open both eyes wide and ENJOY THE VIEW!!!!!
If I had a woman that would help sand , the first vette would be hers, I'd figure she earned it, mine wont, so both vettes are mine, she gets the mini van. you are a lucky man
oldgto, how did that happen. It must be an automatic. My wife is claustrophobic and won't even get in the car. I insured the car with me as the only driver. Maybe your wife will let you drive yours. Dude?

Tell me about the Grand Prix. Looks like a 69. I had one and wish I never let it go. Best car I ever owned. Fast and luxury all in one package. Boy I miss that car.
It`s a tight squeeze, but I can get the door open about half way on the Grand Prix. (Yes, it`s a 69. It has a 455 in it, the original 400 is on a stand, needs a rebuild). The Mustang we push out to work on it. It still needs a carb and brake lines to finish it up.
