Default So who in the C3 forum is going to Carlisle?

I didnt see one of these yet, so with Carlisle less than a month away I figured I'd start it. If there is any interest, we can coordinate a C3 get together.

I'll be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Here's to hoping the weather breaks between now and then and the 100+ degree days are gone.

I'll be attending for the 6th year in a row - I can't wait. I'm bringing my 7 year old son for first time, and I'll be dragging another C3 forum member with me (lol). I hope we have better weather than last year - no more hurricanes !

I will be there as usual. 27 years in a row. It never gets old. Hopefully there's no hurricane coming up the coast this year.

Hi,
I plan on attending too.
I think this will make 26 years for me.
I remember when it was such a small event that EVERYONE could park on the fair grounds.
Regards,
Alan

I will be there. 20+ years for me and like Alan remember when general parking was all on site. That said it seems to be getting smaller the past few years with 80% of the vendors gone by Sunday. Also like to see the auctions come back.

I think this will be my 31st year. I never have missed one, that I can think of.

You'll find me on "A" row, spaces 19-23, under a white tent full of parts. Stop by and say hi. If you ask nice, you may even be able to get a cold bottle of water, or even an adult beverage, from me.

I am envious, you guys are lucky. I live too far away. Maybe someday. For those who are going - ENJOY and post some pics of the event for us less fortunate. bk3

Hi Mike,
Since it's your first CAC I'll advise you to be prepared for HEAT! It's almost ALWAYS very, very, HOT!!!!
There's a wide variety of things going on.
The parts swap area is very large and interesting.
The are hundreds and hundreds of cars for sale.
The are many manufacturers selling new parts for old and new Corvettes.
There are many car club displays of cars, and the Fun Field cars, which together, make a couple thousand cars you can look over.
Really MUCH more than you can look at in even 2 or 3 days.
There is really something for anyone who has interest in any year or kind of Corvette.
You'll be glad you went!
Regards,
Alan

Default I'll be there

I'm going Thur, Fri and Sat. I plan on bringing my '00. FRC if it's done (getting a new ERL 454). If not it will be the '07 vert. Next year it hope to have the '72 done.
