Ditto for the antenna. I'm not certain it has been moved. Could just be the pic.

Here is a picture of the lettering. I know this sounds cheesey, but they're loose, so they do look crooked. The bonding strips are clearly visible on both quarters. I would encourage anyone who is slightly interested to inspect this car in person. The car is a good solid driver, as is.

It seems most of us are these days. I'd keep it if I had enough storage.

The price is about what I would want for my 72 convertible and it no longer has the original engine in the darn thing...and it never was an Lt-1

So if it were my car I'd stand firm on the price judging by the photos...

What is being called into question is the spacing of the letters - they appear very close. It'd be surprised if someone glassed in the old holes and redrilled new ones, but stranger things have happened.

Regardless, I think it is priced accordingly.

I see what you're saying. I sure didn't see anything obvious when the tank was out, but they could have done really good glass work, but poor letter installation. After 40 years, it's really hard to know what's happened to some of these cars that may have been through several owners.

Wonder if the alarm keyhole was filled in by accident or on purpose?
Any history on that?

There isn't any evidence that there ever was an alarm hole.
