Default 1970 rear axle code question

Just got my 1970 L46 coupe up in the air to pull all of the numbers off for documentation purposes. I have an code of CAP which I believe translates to 4:11 gears. I can't find anything about production numbers, whether this is good or bad, or how one would have ordered it in the first place. I was able to pull a partial (and sad looking) tank sticker from the top of the tank. I can make out the lines that say positraction axle and special performance axle ratio. Can anyone give me any insight on this?

CAP is indeed a 1970 corvette rear ratio code for 4.11.

there were 2862 rear optional ratios ordered. probably includes the 4.11, 3.55, 3.70, and maybe a couple of others..

codes exist for lots of ratio/engine combos.. don't know if the factory produced all of them..
