Default Sidepipes use more gas

I am using a lot more gas since I put my sidepipes on. My MPG is still the same, but there is a tunnel near my town, and it seems I can't go anywhere without going through that tunnel. Damn ..... it really sounds good in that tunnel. "It's never too late to have a happy childhood"

Dr. Freud might have something to say about you driving through that tunnel so much.............

Glad your enjoying the new sidepipes so much, even Dr. Freud said "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.".

So you've converted you car to the newer "Tunnels Per Gallon" standard.....

It's great but makes it harder to determine if the actual mileage has changed due to that incredible sound...

I knew he was kidding. You can't own and drive a C3 and be concerned about the price of gas. That's like oil and water.

I love the sound of sidepipes in the morning. Or noontime. Or evening. A buddy of mine has exhaust louder than mine on his souped-up '56 without sidepipes. When he revs it up in a parking garage, it sets off car alarms all over.
