I thought it was a little darker than steel cities grey, I like it a bit better myself.
My c3 was painted back in 2010/11. Yes it's factory c5 color and the factory does have a lot of metallic in it. My brother had a c5 in msg and looks just like it. Great color and seems to change from a dark grey to a light grey almost silver depending on lighting.
Your car looks fantastic. I especially like the interior. Any closeups of the dash/ double din setup with custom gauges? I thought about doing something similar with mine. Do you do a write up on it?
It's not very in depth but i did it along with my ls swap and about everything else.
Wow, quite a project. Very impressive!. I too am thinking about adding a/c but will probably be going with Vintage air. I was worried that a double din setup would not leave enough room for the Vintage air a/c ducts. Is your double din standard depth or shallow? Any issues routing the ducts behind the Android unit?
Oh, and how do you like the under hood gauges? Can you actually see them clearly in most/ all driving conditions? I have an aftermarket hood and thought about putting gauges there if I do the double din install.

The unit is xrross, i bought off ebay. It was pretty cheap and wasnt as deep as the name brands. It was a bit tight for the ducts but they fit.
You can see the gauges in the rain pretty well. They're out of most weather, but that's one reason why i put the lesser important there. Overall they're really not much further away than the other gauges.
Thanks for posting this photo. My 70 came with a black interior and Laguna Grey. When I bought it as a used car, the interior was pretty distressed so I've replaced it with red. Still haven't chosen an exterior color, but Laguna Grey looks good.
