FYI, it will cost you about $2500 to put new seat covers and padding, new rear storage frame, and new carpet and heat/sound underlayment if you do the work yourself.
With a little detailing on that vette it would be in the $14,000 to $15,000 range.
If the car checks out mechanically, it sounds like a good vette to have.
