Cylinder Lock HELP

Default Cylinder Lock HELP
Tried ever which way to install this switch. It wont line up with the Locking rod in the lock position. I need help before i go crazy. Rewiring the complete car need to get on with this. HELP

just curious, but i assume this the ignition switch that goes in your column? if so, what year?

Well Jim helped me out. I never would have guessed there is another lever at the end of the steering column and that was it
