Default Ebay Corvette

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevr...item35bfc0443a

Check this out ....car has 6200 miles with original tires.

What a joke...he says the tires are the factory ORIGINAL and squared ...

74 Corvettes NEVER CAME with Goodyear EAGLE ST tires on them . That tire came out many years latter .

NJ ripoff artist.

Anybody that would shoot BS like this I'd stay million miles away from.

Regardless of what the dealer says, it looks like a nice 74.

Hi,
It does look like a pretty nice car.
" a true investment for any real car enthusiast"!
Maybe some more pictures of the engine compartment and chassis rather than all the pictures of the re-paint would lend some credence to the car.
???
Regards,
Alan

Pictures tend to make cars look better than they are, but... this car looks pretty nice. Loaded, air roadster, resale red, matches the tag, leather, smog...

Love to see it in person.

ok , what am I missing, exterior looks good, like fresh maco, interior looks beat for the mileage claimed, The E-brake handle is straight up, means there's an adjustment or replacement needed, that wouldnt happen in 6200 miles. dont remember antilock brakes in 74, the hood doesnt fit right, Ive seen vert tops that were never used , that one is new. 6200 miles and the engine looks like 80,000 . If it wasnt for the b.s. the car would still sell, but it makes you wonder what else is wrong.

Not a bad looking old car, e-brake issues possibly, seats looks a little worn for 6200 miles i'd jsut about bet it's 106,200 miles though. Top looks pretty new, tires are non-original, a few other things but all in all looks decent.

Looked like that trim tag had been spinning around on the lower rivet...
Amir should stick to selling rugs.

It is a nice looking car, but there would appear to be tell-tale signs that indicate wear far greater than the stated mileage would support including the engine bay, trim around the doors, trim plate and interior.

That car came with Firestone steel radial 500's - - I agree those Goodyear's came out later.

I'd love to see the underside of the car - -if the mileage is true, it ought to be fairly pristine . . .

So what habib is saying is that in 1975 they changed the oil and the car had 5,262 miles on it, then for the next 37 years it only went another 938 miles. hhhmm. I would have to agree looking at the condition of the interior and the fact it has been re-painted, it most likely has about 106,000, or somebody has been playing with the odometer.

It is a beautiful car though.

...especially the part about Maaco. I bet it's a 20 footer, any closer and all you'll see is the orange peel which is clearly visible in the pictures.

106K + that Indiana inspection sticker could mean serious rot.

....it is a very nice looking car. I also agree that the seats do NOT look prisitine enough to be 6200 miles. The rear bumper is also a non-original TrueFlex, ACI or Vanacor's "ONE PIECE" bumper with the phony seam.

....would like to see it in person though.

Hope that Texaco sticker isn't the last time the oil was changed!
