window tray bumper problem solved!
I`m missing one of the small bumpers that go on the rear window storage tray. I couldn`t find one in any vendor catalog. The penny is to reference the size of the bumper.
So, I have a little left-over rubber from the 1931 Chevy windshield.....
so I start trimming it down a little with a razor knife....
and with the blade, and some sandpaper, fool with it until it is round
then start trimming the "neck" a little....
and pretty soon it starts to take shape....
and there you go!. Now to see if it fits on the window tray...
and sure enough, it does! It may not be correct, but it will serve the purpose, and it`s up under the rear deck and hidden from view anyway, so what do y`all think?

Looks just like the rubber bumpers in my 68 three storage compartments.
I don't want to hi jack this thread so I will PM you. I have a couple of Q since you are working the storage tray.
