i've done three ebay projects, but none were anywhere as bad as this piece of s**t. it would cost more to rent the trailer to haul it home than it's worth. $4250 !
People that are high should not post cars (or nearly cars) for sale on the bay. If he gets any offer over $200 he should take it and run. I did see a decent kick panel cover , so there's something . And the rear spring. That makes it worth $4000, right?

Now you'll see a good looking, say, 75 that isn't perfect but a solid driver be at 6k and not get any bids. I think even after I finish my masters degree in applied econ, I still won't understand consumer behavior.
It happens often on many auctions. Problem is with a car in this condition, he may have killed a deal with someone who actually would have paid for it and now thinks - forget it, this is far too much.

I can't believe people are still pulling that crap. I've had ones so bold as to bid it up; then send me a second-chance email the moment the auction closes....
Geez-- one bidder took it from $400 to three grand and then appears to have (wisely) dropped out . . .Unless there's ingots of gold stored in the battery box, that's a whole lot more than I'd be willing to pay for that thing . . .
