Yeah I'll have to look in the wheel well and see if I can find where the screws are coming through.

Measure the location of the strap loop holes before replacing the carpet. I did and had no problem getting the strap loop back in place.

As to the rear console bolt. Mine was gone. I left it out. Console is still tight.

Even easier; put the bolt in as above and slide a piece of tubing over it to match the diameter of the hole. Now slip it in and install the four screws on the side. You will never have to fught with the poor Chev design again. I used a piece of fuel line fom the small engine repair shop.
