I do need to get the foam pieces, the ones on the side are old and am sure they have shrunk, the ones that go on top are gone but if I can get a spoiler that is longer to help direct more air across the radiator that would only help.
Yes, that's the one. The only thing I had occur that I improved was the mounting on the outer portion where it meets the front wheel opening. On the highway at speeds above 60 the wind was pushing the spoiler into the tire. I added a self taping screw and washer below the top (highest) mount to prevent it from bending. Worked fine ever since. I think to be on the safe side I added a few more screws in between the factory locations along the curved portion since the underside was fine.

FWIW, when installing a functioning front air dam such as is the PC one, you should also install the rear spoiler to maintain both visual as well as aero balance at higher speeds. If you prefer, an '80-82 tail is a good option, tho the larger spoiler likely works better on pre-fastback C3's. My $.02
