Exactly. And the file size for a CD track is much bigger than the largest MP3 because the sampling rate for the largest MP3 song is less than the sampling rate for a CD track. The larger the sampling size, the more song "data" is captured & reproduced. The smaller the sampling rate, the "muddier" the sound.

My deck does not even have a disk player. With side pipes and the t tops off it is not like it is a concert hall in there. I sample stuff at the highest bit rate and it is plenty good for listening to in a vette.
