I had to use ramps to get up my driveway when we came back to our house in Texas. The sudden up-sweep in the driveway would have torn the front of my '81 right off. I can't help you w/ the pitch of the slope in degrees, but the slope needs to be super gradual inorder f/ the nose to clear the ground. You could have some "build-up" done on the bottom of the drive-way to make it possible f/ your C3 to clear, but you would need to have the vehicle, or one just like it, and calculate the amount of slope and in what distance would work in getting the car up the driveway. Then, get w/ the contractor and have him work the drivway up correctly. The build-up/dirt-work wouldn't cost too much since the driveway isn't in yet, if you're getting the house built. It would cost abit to havethe driveway torn up and re-done, but you can negotiate on the price of the house and the work on the driveway, etc. Good Luck!
